How to reach Wheeler Mountain:
The nearest is Burlington International Airport, which is about 72 miles from the centre of Barton.
After reaching at the airport, you can take a cab, bus or taxi to reach Wheeler Mountain Road to start your journey by any of the Climbs.
Take the Wheeler Mountain Road near Sutton, VT, which is just east of Lake Willoughby. Some parts of the mountain are in the Lake Willoughby State Forest. There are 3 parking areas and one or two of them are on private land. The road to Wheeler Mountain is off Rt. 5.
Another parking area heads North, to the base of the cliffs. When you will pass a house-sized boulder, stay right by which you will run along almost all the climbs through the base of the cliffs.
You can travel to Vermont by Vermonter or Ethan Rail Express. From the train station, take a cab or taxi or bus or shuttle to the Wheeler Mountain Road, for the starting points of rock climbing.

Lake Champlain Ferries provides its services to reach Vermont from many places.
