Climate:Summers from March-May pleasant, June-September are the monsoon months with landslides possible. October-November are Autumn months with slight cold and warm clothes required. Winters from December-February are freezing.

Location: Close to Jibhi village
The first thing that strikes you while entering this village is the unique wooden work which is a speciality of himachali architecture. Its carvings and structures are inspired by Chinese designs. The sacred Sharingi Bagi temple of Chaini village is an important tourist and pilgrim attraction. The 1500 year old wooden watch tower of Chaini fort which is slightly tilting is a work of art and himachli expertise. Made from wooden beams and stone slabs, the fort inspired by Chinese archaeology can be reached by hiking from Jibhi in 2-3 hours.

Located at the high altitude of over three thousand meters from the sea level, Jalori Pass is not like the other high passes of the great Himalayas, but still it plays quite a significant role in connecting Shimla to Manali. It is opened year around March and closes only in winters around December. All vehicles can drive across the pass. The drive is full of adventure as there are dangerous twists, stunning slopes giving you an adrenaline rush as your vehicle winds across the steep road. There are several restaurants at the top where you can have lunch. The Mahakali temple on the top is well known visited by devotees from the villages nearby.

Sarehul Lake is one of the most sacred lakes for the locals. There is an ancient temple near the shore of the lake. Each year thousands of devotees pay their tribute by visiting the temple and offerings. The area is beautiful where you can view mountain tops emerging from green ranges. A natures paradise, it has oak forests with wild flowers smiling in between to win your heart.

The snow-studded peaks welcome you to Raghupur which is famous for its Fort . This beautiful place is located at approximately 3,540 m height, nearly 3-4 km climb from Jalori Pass towards the west. A steep climb through forests, the entire path has beautiful rhododendron and oak trees. There are white arrows that guide you through the forests towards the fort. The silence of the forests is accompanied by a majestic view of the Himalayas and stretches of green meadows. The fort stands as a testimony to the era gone by with only the outer wall remaining. It was built by the kings of the Mandi region. For the protection of the fort, it was surrounded by multiple trenches and it also has a small pond.
You can see many bullet holes in the walls of this fort. This place is a great site for camping which also provides a scenic view of the Seraj valley.

Situated at the height of 3,600 m above the sea level, Lambhari provides a beautiful panoramic view of the Himalayan Mountains. This place is known for its medicinal herbs and plants which are used in the traditional Ayurveda treatment for thousands of years. There are also several birds and wild animals here.
